I went to Southport yesterday for some sunshine with friends (worst train journey ever) and when we sat down for drinkies by the lake, four gentlemen sat next to us and broke into a quartet Blue Velvet. I pretended I was in a film and that was the background music. Then they left. Such a cool surprise.

Went to the West Lancs Vegan Fair in Lancaster yesterday which was pretty disappointing (two rooms of stuff you can get in any health food shop round here) but had an omfgamaze lunch at this place Bohemian Wraps. I think this was called a Rhapsody Salad or something? Basically 1/3 bowl of salad and 2/3 whatever the fuck you want on top, including a super selection (as in better than the meat selection) of vegetarian and vegan things. There’s no limit beyond the size of the bowl. I chose basil pasta, some butter bean thing, BBQ tofu and roast med veg.
Would travel all the way to Lancaster for this again. Big up Bohemian Wraps.
